Our office is located in Wilbraham, Massachusetts.  We service all of MA and CT.
Design fees are based on the size of the kitchen or bathroom,
and the complexity of the project.

At our first meeting (complimentary if within 50 miles, travel fee if outside of 50 miles), I will assess the job scope and provide a price for continuing on to the design process.  That process consists of Draft #1, a round of changes, and Draft #2. 
Changes needed beyond Draft #2 will be billed at a rate of $50/hour.

Upon approval of a final design, a comprehensive design packet/pdf is generated and will include color renderings, floor plan, and elevations.

Prices range from $500 for small rooms, to $2,000 for larger, multi-room projects.
